Photography Policy

  • A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your session.

  • Life happens—we get it! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Your retainer can be transferred to a new date (within 3 months). Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will forfeit the retainer.

  • For outdoor shoots, we’ll keep a close eye on the weather. If it’s not looking ideal, I’ll be in touch the day before to reschedule. No extra fees apply for weather-related reschedules.

  • A travel fee applies for any location more than 30km from Blayney, NSW. This will be calculated at the time of booking.

  • I may share a few of your beautiful moments on my website or socials. If you’d prefer to keep things private, just let me know when booking.
