The Booths Policy

A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event. If you cancel within 30 days, 50% of the total package will still be owed. Cancellations within 14 days require full payment. Rescheduling is allowed up to 30 days before the event, subject to availability, and changes made within 30 days may incur a fee. If booth hire exceeds the agreed hire time, additional time will be charged accordingly.

Travel beyond 60km round trip from our base location will incur an additional travel fee.
If your event requires an overnight stay, accommodation fees may apply.

All photos, videos and other content captured during your booth hire remain the property of Court the Moment. We may use selected images or videos for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, printed marketing and portfolio. If you would prefer your event content to remain private, please let us know in writing prior to your event. We are always happy to respect your privacy.
